I’D LIKE TO BOOK A PARTY, WHAT ARE MY NEXT STEPS?
Please email itcinfo@pacificfc.ca to inquire about available dates for your event.
If you find a date/time that works for you and your guests, you will be asked to make a $75.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. (Requests for bookings are released after 24 hours if deposit is not received.) Once a deposit has been made, you will receive a personalized confirmation email with information about your party, a few questions that we have for you and a copy of our waiver for your guests to sign.
CAN WE BRING OUTSIDE FOOD? WHAT ABOUT CAKE?
The only outside food and/or beverages that we allow to be brought into our facility is a cake or cupcakes. We do have a freezer if you’d like to bring ice cream cake. Please let our staff know ahead of time if there are any allergies or health concerns.
WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
We do require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. If you need to cancel, unfortunately there is not refund provided. However, we realize things happen. If you need to change dates/times from your original booking, then you may be charged a $15.00 administration fee. If your child is ill and unable to attend, we will reschedule their party for a later date without charge.
WHEN CAN GUESTS ARRIVE? HOW LONG AFTER THE PARTY CAN GUESTS
STAY?
We ask that you and your guests arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time and stay no longer than 10 minutes after the party time is over in order to accommodate other parties and facility bookings that are going on that day. However, you and/or your guests are welcome to purchase additional time in one of our field spaces or batting cages if you think you might want want to have some more fun.
IS SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO HELP US RUN THE PARTY?
Yes! We have party hosts available for your special day! If you would like to add a party host to a package that doesn’t already include one, we can add one on for an extra cost. Either way, our staff will go over the rules and provide a walk through of the field space or batting cages with you and your party guests. Adult supervision of children is required and is the responsibility of the attending adults. The main party area is entirely visible from our batting cages, so if your guests are alternating between the two areas, your adult chaperones will be able to see everyone.
WHEN DO WE PLAY, EAT, OPEN PRESENTS, AND HOW IS THE PARTY
STRUCTURED?
The structure and timing of your party is up to you. You have exclusive use of both the dryland space and the batting cage(s) that have been assigned to you, for the full duration of your party. Once you have booked with us, we will ask a few questions so we can help you deliver the party flow you imagined.
CAN WE BRING PRESENTS ADDITIONAL DECORATIONS INTO THE FACILITY?
You can absolutely bring presents and additional decorations into the facility, however any helium balloons that are released will need to be retrieved at the cost of the booking party. If you’d like to bring a pinata, please let us know at least one week in advance.
WHAT IF GRANDPARENTS, AUNTS, UNCLES, ETC. WANT TO JOIN US? WILL WE BE CHARGED FOR THEM? CAN THEY PARTICIPATE?
Each of our party packages is designed for a maximum number of guests, which includes adults required to supervise children. We require a guest list to be submitted prior to your party date, as we need to account for each person within our facility. As long as a suitable number of adult supervisors is maintained, adults are welcome to participate in all activities, including the batting cages.
WHAT IF I HAVE LESS THAN 10 PARTY-GOERS? IS THERE A DISCOUNT?
Our smallest package is based on 10 children. No discount is given for less guests, but you may take the leftover food home with you.
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 30 PARTY GOERS?
Each of our party packages is designed for a maximum number of guests so the food, cages and field space allotted will accommodate that number of people. If you are interested in hosting a larger custom party, please contact us. Large parties require more resources and cannot always be accommodated.
HOW MANY MEDIUM/LARGE PIZZAS DO I NEED?
The formula we use to estimate the number of pizzas required for a large groups is:
2.5 slices per person divided by 8 slices per large pizza.
Example: If you have 20 people in your group: 20 people x 2 slices of pizza
each (20 x 2 = 40 slices) divided by number of slices of pizza in a /medium/large = 40 / 8 = ~ 5 (medium or large) pizzas for 20
people.
2.5 slices per person @ 20 people would be 50 slices/7 pizzas
