Island Training Centre Field Scheduling Request Form

·        Before making a field request please check your previous schedule to provide as accurate information as possible.   

·        A request, once approved will appear in your BookKing team account. If you do not see your request confirmed on the schedule – it has not yet been approved.

·        Any sharing or change requests must be provided in writing and approved by ITC Staff. Send sharing or change requests via email to itcinfo@pacificfc.ca . 

·        If you are requesting a date/time change, please indicate in the notes field that you have spoken to the opposing manager and the change is mutually agreed upon.

·        Weekend Time Slots Start at 8:00am and doors close at 10:00pm

·       Weekday Time Slots Start at 4:00pm and doors close at 10:00pm
