No matter your skill level, if you’re willing to work, she wants to work with you!

What DiamondWorx Offers

 Hitting Sessions – Thursdays – 7-8pm

(1:1 or Small Group, up to 6)

Build a powerful, consistent swing through detailed mechanics and situational training.

These sessions focus on timing, pitch recognition, and approach at the plate – helping

athletes hit with confidence and purpose every time they step in the box.

Defensive Sessions – Thursdays 6-7pm

(1:1 or Small Group, up to 6)

Sharpen your fielding, throwing, and positional awareness with focused defensive

training. Athletes work on mechanics, footwork, and reaction drills designed to improve precision and speed while gaining the confidence to make big plays under pressure.

Game IQ & Mental Edge Sessions

(1:1 or Small Group, up to 6)

Take your game beyond physical skill. These sessions blend competitive, game-like

situations, baserunning strategy, and mental performance training to create smarter,

more confident athletes. Players learn how to read plays, make quick decisions, and

stay composed under pressure. Through live scenario drills and mindset coaching,

athletes develop their awareness, leadership, and overall softball IQ – turning preparation into game-day confidence.

A few words from Jess on her Coaching Philosophy:

“Softball is a game of failure, and that’s what makes it great! My philosophy is to go all in, give 110%, learn from mistakes, and keep showing up. I want my athletes to understand that failure is feedback, and real confidence comes from how you respond. I coach with energy and honesty, creating an environment where players feel comfortable being uncomfortable, willing to take risks, and ready to make adjustments. When you break things down and trust the process, you build something stronger than before. If you’re looking to elevate your game, let’s get to work.”
